We had an amazing stay with excellent staff and spacious and clean rooms. The hotel had a beautiful design and great facilities, including a long main pool and a connection to the TV. The location was perfect, right on the beach and close to the shops at Grand World. The breakfast was superb with a selection of amazing breads and pastries.

The room was spacious and modern, with all the latest amenities. The hotel also provided a great breakfast spread and had an amazing pool for guests to enjoy.

The service was often slow and the communication with the staff was sometimes a challenge due to language barriers. The wait times for food was a bit too long, and the organization of the staff needs to be improved.

This luxurious hotel exceeded all my expectations! The exclusive amenities and the exceptional service made my stay absolutely perfect. The Spa & wellness centre, with a full body massage and a plunge pool, was an oasis of tranquility that left me feeling completely relaxed. The outdoor swimming pool and the beach access were fantastic, and the sun loungers were very comfortable. The restaurant had a delicious in-room breakfast and packed lunches on special diet menus. The infinity pool and the sun terrace offered breathtaking views of the surroundings. The garden area was impeccable with beautiful footpaths and a BBQ facilities area. This hotel is in a prime location, making it an ideal leisure/TV room venue.

The only negative point I can mention is that the Wi-Fi signal was quite weak in some areas. However, the hotel had excellent private facilities, including the spa lounge and the poolside snack bar, so this minor issue did not impact my overall experience.

The only minor inconvenience - the location is not central and requires a taxi to reach other attractions on the island. However, the hotel provides a shuttle to and from the airport for free.

We recently had a romantic escape to a modern and stylish hotel located on a beautiful beach. The breakfast was amazing and there was a good selection of bread and pastry. The hotel staff were helpful and friendly. We loved the location which was perfect for a chilled out break, and we enjoyed evening walks on the beach.

The service was poor compared to the price. We experienced poor English understanding from the staff, and we had issues with our toilet and air conditioning in our room.
